Progress is Being Made!

Here are some new pics of our land. We went out there the other day, and oh my. It looks so different! The pond is now dug, the house pad is up, and the driveway is made. Progress is being made after a few "minor" complications. Our land got measured wrongly, so we had to move the place where we were originally going to build our house. Thankfully it's all working out, but it did change our plans quite a bit.

Well, that's all the pics for today. :) I better get back to work. Please be praying for my sister Marianna and I as we prepare and travel for a very large homeschool conference this weekend which we will have a booth at for Bellissima. I'm an excited/nervous/stressed, so prayers will be greatly appreciated!

    Awesome! I'm so glad to see progress in all of this, that is such a blessing that y'all are able of moving out to some land! It's also nice to see everyone working together! I will be praying for you and Marianna. :)

    Wow, things seem to be moving on at a pretty good pace! I'm so glad that you haven't run into any *major* complications yet. :)

    Just curious - do you guys have any goals for when you'll have the house down/moving in?

    Y'all aren't wasting any time... I heard y'all weren't in any hurry? But apparently not.

    So do y'all have deadline set for having it al finished?

    Although it is a little frustrating... we are still waiting for any news on the house we placed an offer on out there.

    Abbey: Thanks for commenting! :) Well, I'm not quite sure when we'll have everything up and ready to move in, but I'm thinking that it should be less than a year. But we'll see!

    We're praying that y'all will get an answer on that house SOON. That must be terribly trying on your patience! I will continue to pray.....

    And, no, we don't have a deadline to have it all done by, but we are trying to do it as quickly as possible. So please pray that everything will go smoothly!
