Our Weekend at THSC

This past weekend we were at a state wide homeschool convention. Our booth went over well there and we had a nice time besides being terribly sleep deprived! :-p

Our lack of sleep caused for some rather amusing little incidents such as:

Marianna talking to Mr. Tim Lambert (the president of THSC): "Yes, our booth is just right down there!" as she pointed with a hand that was holding a Styrofoam cup that she forgot still had water in it. Water poured out and dripped all down her shirt while all their mouths opened wide.

If that wasn't enough, Lea had previously went to Mr. Lambert's class about relationships etc. and Lea talked to him afterwords about a recent parting of ways with a young man, and started crying in front of him! He probably had never seen such emotional clumsy girls in his life! ;)

My clumsy moment was when I *almost* took a whack at Mr. Voddie Bauchem with our metal cash box!!! :0 Not purposely mind you! ;) Marianna was pushing me forward in a very tight line and I swung the cash box over quickly almost giving a big whack at him! How embarrassing! Of course, I think we're almost even now; as he almost ran into me later the next day with his briefcase thingy. ;)

This one turned out so weird! Marianna was trying to tell Lea how to manually focus the camera, when Lea snapped instead of listening to the instructions. ;) Marianna looks like she's trying to hypnotize someone. ;)
