Costume Party!

Friday night we had a costume/game night party at house for some of our highschool/college-age friends. We had a wonderful time playing a few games, taking a long walk around our neighborhood (with neighbors thinking we're completely insane!), and then coming back home and roasting marshmallows and making s'mores! What more could you ask for with such wonderful friends? It was a blast!

And of course, I have lots of pictures to share!

Having a lovely evening....


After dinner we decided to take a walk around the block...which was quite the embarrassing experience but loads of fun!






How would you like to have a heard of kids dressed in wacky costumes walk around your neighborhood!?!



I picked up a gun and was determined to learn how to use it!



Then we all sang, roasted marshmallows, and made s'mores......

This is Rebecca as a flower pot...she made her whole costume, down to the yo-yo flowers and leaves! Isn't it cute?!



Lea was dressed as Audrey Hepburn...




I was dressed as a Renaissance princess/fair maiden......I was so excited b/c my whole costume cost right under $5.00! I got the dress and shoes at the resale shop, made my hair piece, and borrowed the necklace from my mom.


This is Marianna as Elizabeth Bennet...I was also so stoked to find Marianna's dress at the re-sale shop for $1.50!!


TA-DA!

There were never such devoted sisters.....
