Snow, Christmas Time, Thanksgiving, Recital, Friends..... And Well, Just Read On.... :)

Hello Dear Friends!

I hope you are all doing well and enjoying this most beautiful time of year as we rejoice and celebrate our Savior's birth!

This year, the Lord blessed us Texans with SNOW! Yes, miracles STILL happen! :)

What a lovely day it was!

This was our backyard...

Our neighbor's snowmen. :) I tried to make one, but it didn't turn out so well. I used red M&M's for buttons, however, they leaked red dye and it didn't look like a very pretty sight! :-p

Marianna and Rebecca taking a little drive to look at all the snow...

Enjoying the snow!

Walkin' in a winter wonderland. :)

Last Wednesday we had our girls group VOH (Vessels of Honor) annual ginger bread (graham cracker) house making party

Here are some of the girls busy building their master pieces!

Uh oh...looked like we had poor construction on this one!

My beautiful mom with one of our little doggies. :)

Hannah and Heidi!

Another one of little furbabies. :) Muffie/Muffin...

This past Friday we finally got our tree up and decorated!

Marianna putting the lights on the tree....

This is us girls celebrating Rebecca's birthday again ON her official b-day. :)

As of Nov. 27th, she is now offically sweet 16. :)

My dad was up to some kind of mischief again. ;)

On Thanksgiving, we had a friend come down and spend Thanksgiving weekend with us. What a fun time we all had! Here we are at Starbucks....

One of the other evenings we had another friend come by and make Christmas cookies with us.
L-R: Josh, Nathan, me, Lea and Marianna...

Isn't that snowman a cutie? ;) Unfortanetly it melted when we tried to bake it....

After making cookies, we had dinner and.....a concert!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A couple of weeks ago, we had Rebecca's ballet recital.
This was her solo....she did an outstanding job!!!
One of her pointe dances...
The tap dance...
The advanced class being presented with their roses from their teacher...
We are so blessed to have a Christian ballet teacher for Rebecca!
This is Rebecca with dad and mom after the recital...
L-R: Dad, Marianna, Rebecca, Lea, Me, Grandma, Mom
Rebecca and Grandma....
Afterwords we went out to dinner with some friends....
And....hey, can you believe I'm going to stop now?! ;)
May you all have a blessed Christmas season!
Love and blessings,
~Michelle
  1. Michelle, looks like y'all had a blast in the snow! What fun, eh!?!
    I absolutly LOVED Rebecca's "gingerbread"/graham cracker house. I think it was the best one! ha ha. The "monsters" 'dog' was especially touching to the entire piece of art... ha ha.
  2. Yes, the snow was so fun! :)
    Haha! Yeah, Rebecca's "gingerbread"/graham cracker house was quite the work of art! That "monsters" dog really topped it off... ;)
