This year it was rainy all the days except for one and very cold (especially for us Texans!). If I would have known it was going to be that chilly, I would have brought much warmer clothes!! The temperature up there dramatically changed that week from when we had checked it before we left.
Anyway, without further ado, I now present you all with a very, very, L-O-N-G picture post! :) I hope it won't lock your computers up. ;) We had nearly one thousand photos so I tried to quickly narrow it down to these, but it's still probably about a hundred or so.....!
On our way up there we saw some pretty scenery...
This is the condo we stayed at....
It was very interesting this time with all four of us girls sharing a room!!On the "sunny day" we went to Silver Dollar City

My favorite roller coaster there......"Wildfire"!

This was the "Giant Red Barn Swing".....which I think is my favorite ride there!
My Mom. :)
I love how they decorate there for fall!
My very wonderful, amazing parents! :)
Gorgeous fall leaves....

After we ate, we played indoor mini golf there at the restaurant....
trying to get a hole in one....but I'm afraid the best I did was a two in one. ;)

Lea, Rebecca, and Dad.... on his birthday!
L-R: my Mom, Marianna and I...
Since we didn't have a cake for our dad's b-day, we got some famous frozen custard...which was delicious and oh so creamy!!
Here we are thoroughly enjoying it. ;)
Marianna and Dad...
We spent a lot of time at our condo, which often resulted in us breaking out in a dance while listening to Christmas music!
Yes, we even got our dad to join us. ;)If we weren't dancing to Christmas music, we were most likely up to some other mischief such as this....
One of the days we drove to Springfield MO. and visited/toured the Assembly of God headquarters. It's very unfortunate many of the churches in our area are so watered down now. Sometimes our family feels like moving up there where there are some good more conservative AG churches who have the same beliefs and values as we.
A very old organ from one of the first AG churches....
Here we are with all the mission flags of the nations...
This is one of their buildings where they print all their ministry materials. They also have another building down the street that prints Bibles!
Marianna, Mom and Lea......
This pic below is for Marci. :) It's sad they're closing the Roy Rogers museum down!!
And this is proof that it really was cold up there--40 degrees!!And I thought this was so funny, yet so terrible!! It's missing the "C" and therefore reads "baby Hanging station"!
Well, I think that's all the pics I'll post for now. I'm sorry there were so many!
Blessings to you all!
