Hello Friends!
How are y'all? Things are keeping me busy with work and such. It's been more difficult lately trying to do my work with no computer of my own now. Thankfully my sister Lea has been gone quite a bit lately, and she's been sweet to let me use hers. :)
Well, as I said in my last post, I had lots of picture from the conference and a b-day party from last weekend I wanted to share with y'all, but since none of my picture will copy and paste onto here for some weird reason, they'll have to wait for another time.
BTW, Is this problem happening with anyone else? I always used to be able to copy and paste my pics onto blogger here. I hope it's just a blogger glitch because it's going to be bad if I can't do that anymore!
Anyway, the conference went well last weekend. It was a very low attendance this year, but it was still good practice for the larger conferences coming up. Also, thank you all who prayed for Marianna and I that we would feel better before the conference. We did indeed feel much better while there, except for being extremely sleep deprived the whole time! :-P Neither of us could sleep for the life of us both nights! But the Lord gave us the strength we needed when we needed it. :)
Well, my sister is gone at work, and I was able to use her computer again today! So, I filled out this little survey thingy that is going around everywhere right now.....hopefully this will help for those who read my blog and don't know me well, get to know me a bit better. :)

Happy and content doing the Lord's work without any distractions. :)

depends.....usually I think about how much work I need to do and that I need to actually get out of bed, OR I'm really hungry and will go get a snack.

half excited, half freaked out....(you'll know why hopefully soon!) ;)

hmmmmm......how they're dressed, their manners, if they're cocky and full of themselves or humble and kind......

I used to order the double chocolate chip frap all the time, but I don't like most things chocolate anymore so as of late when I go there I order the blueberry coffee cake. I know, so exciting, right?

A lady. :) A Christian young lady to be exact! A daughter, a friend, a sister, a granddaughter, a cousin and a follower of Christ. ......Oh and did I mention yet that I'm a human being too? ;)

This is hard! I like the smell of cooking/baking, flowers, fall, spring, clean cotton scent from Yankee candle, the smell of freshly cut grass, fabric softener, my perfume, and probably a few other things too. ;)

hmm, when is "grown up"? 18? 21? 30?
If it's the Lord's will, I would like in the future to get married, be a homemaker and have children. Until then, I'm going to be happy and content with where God has me right now fulfilling the things He wants me to do. :)

Hi! I stopped by from your mom's xanga. I'm one of Karen's daughters (AbidingontheVine).
ReplyDeleteI post from xanga to blogger and don't usually have problems, but I use the html. It always works unless I just paste the pictures and add text, then once I hit spell check it turns the pictures into a link. As long as I don't use spell check, it works just fine. Hope that helps!
BTW, I absolutely love your header picture!
